Customer Service Representative, CSR

We are seeking an experienced licensed 4-40 CSR or 2-20 General Lines Agent.

Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Quote and bind personal and commercial lines insurance policies
• Contact clients and agents to obtain necessary information to quote
• Contact carriers and follow up with quote submissions
• Service clients and agents regarding bound policies
• Assist agents with questions regarding risks and markets
• Be familiar with admitted and non-admitted markets
• Must be able to multi-task and work with multiple agents, clients and underwriters
• Responsible for tracking and organizing documents
• Familiarity with Applied Epic, QQ Catalyst and/or PL Rating is a plus
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude expected
• Will need to use Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft programs
