The Manager of FP&A will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial performance management and analysis, and management reporting processes and activity for the business. The position will require a hands-on individual who can also interface with all levels of management; the position will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will work significantly with the executive, commercial, strategy and operational teams.

• Responsibility for all activities supporting annual operational and financial budgets, quarterly financial forecast updates, cash forecasting processes, analysis of variances and long-range strategic financial projections.
• Analyze, track and report historical financial performance in comparison to budget, forecast and targeted performance measurement objectives and provide detailed variance analysis. Develop, implement and communicate all internal management financial reports and on-going updates of relevant management reports to P&L owners, KPIs, statistics and all management financial performance measurement tools and processes.
• Support Executive and Operational functions in their achievement of company financial performance and objectives; significantly participate directly in operational and commercial leadership teams as their financial partner, providing guidance, support and solutions in their achievement of business and financial objectives and expectations.
• Support to M&A activities, participating in analyzing and advancing potential transactions; assist in financial modeling activities in support of potential transactions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing procedures to improve control, measurement and/or productivity.
• Analyze and communicate of the companys goals, directives and policies, creating a clear vision resulting in the achievement of the Companys goals and increased profitability.
• Prepare ad hoc reports, Board presentations and projects summaries in support of business and management objectives.

• 5-10 years of experience in Finance/analytics roles with an emphasis on practical experience managing the financials for a business/division strongly desired.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business/Data Analytics or Accounting required.
• Analytical skills to address the full range of FP&A topics including program management, strategic planning and technology from an operational and strategic standpoint.
• Financial Services experience preferred.
• Understanding of US GAAP and financial consolidation processes.
• Prior experience in strategic planning, FP&A or data analytics.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI and various FP&A software tools.
• Strong computer skills, including deep knowledge of computer financial applications and ERP systems (Workday preferred).
• Ability to analyze and modify processes in a complex and growing environment.
