We are partnered with a small insurance agency that is looking for a temp to hire or direct hire Commercial Account Manager who will be managing current clients by providing quality expertise, timely service, and exceptional solutions to meet their needs. The Account Manager will be responsible for the following:

Job Details:

• Daily Correspondence with clients, producers and underwriters.
• Maintain book of business for commercial lines accounts.
• Promote Growth of existing book through account rounding Book is $1.5 Million
• Process endorsements, cancellations, audits, recommendations and loss runs.
• Add coverage and new lines of business to existing accounts.
• Quote policies and process changes online with various insurance company website/systems.
• Process new business and policy renewals.
• Market when necessary on renewal and new business.
• Prepare documents for renewal terms, including Insurance Proposals and Acord Insurance Binders.
• Identify and address any coverage gaps with producer, carrier and client.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 years recent experience
• Proficient in Excel, Adobe and Microsoft 365
• 5 years experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager OR 7 years experience as Assistant Account Manger or 10 years combined experience.
• Property and Casualty License
