Job Description
This position supports the profitable growth and success of Allstate Dealer Services premium and market share in the IA and TPA channels. Achieves desired business results by developing, leading, managing and implementing effective strategies, processes and programs in these channels. Leads further development of RPM initiatives and partners with ADS sales channel leadership to continue to integrate ADS RPM initiative across all sales channels. Forges a partnership of trust with channel partners founded on full transparency and attainment of our mutual goals.
Draws on broad industry, functional and leadership expertise to develop our ADS client partnering message, benchmark existing agency and dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth in top line premium. Identify and develop field processes and directives that drive sales growth in both new account sales and existing same store growth. Works with IA and TPA channel management to expand ADS direct support role to our agents and their dealer partners in areas including new business acquisition, dealer retention and dealership performance improvement. Responsible for leading the organization in adoption of the processes and initiatives that will ensure ADS meets growth and profitability objectives established by the company. Actively identifies new ADS revenue opportunities and sales partnerships industrywide, develops sales plans and implements strategy through respective sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
Work with IA and TPA Channel Management to develop and implement field sales support strategy for all agency partners. Identify trends and opportunities for agency/dealership sales growth initiatives. Identify product offerings that will drive greatest revenue and profitability for ADS, the agent and dealer client. Develop framework for ADS/Agent partnering message. Work with IA and TPA channel leaders and agency personnel to develop framework for direct sales and account development field support. Lead buildout of new field sales structure. Includes development of field activity-based initiatives Directly participates in significant revenue level negotiations and assists with RFQ/RFI/RFP process with all qualified opportunities. Defines strategic sales plan into clear initiatives, objectives, tactics, and specific action plans to achieve annual production/revenue goals; benchmark agency/dealership performance and implement enterprise wide growth plan; new product opportunity development and identifying additional industry opportunities by channel.
• Maintain, monitor and communicate sales reports to ensure achievement of IA, TPA and ADS total growth goals
• Develop agency and dealership partner performance review process. Review benchmark reviews with target agencies and dealerships. Create action plans to address areas of opportunity. Monitor and measure results and review progress with all stakeholders, depending on individual client needs
• Provide guidance and support to Channel Leaders on internal steps associated with new partner and/or existing partner expansion opportunities.

Job Qualifications
• Minimum of a BA/BS, MBA Preferred
• At least 10 years sales and client relationship experience in comparable industries, with 7+ years in a senior management position
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
• Ability to design and establish financial goals and measures
• Experience with organizational F&I product management and national sales organizations, setting a sales process and managing to financial objectives
• Experience in a leadership / general manager role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of business unit strategies
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills
• Motivate and lead a high-performance team; inspire a positive team environment and motivate others to achieve better than expected results
• Ability to manage through ambiguity, prioritizes multiple projects to meet business partner needs
• Ability to influence others resulting in conflict resolution, problem solving and alignment
• Independent thinker with a strong team mindset
• Ability to establish workflow, delegate responsibility, and allocate human capital to accomplish organizational objectives
