Director of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance Marketing and Sales - Midwest

Profitable and growing Property and Casualty Commercial Lines Insurance carrier is seeking a Director of Commercial Lines Marketing and Sales and will be located in their Midwest home office.  Candidates will be responsible for managing the marketing process to improve the company's presence in the industry and achieve revenue growth and will involve both corporate and profit center marketing responsibilities.  This role will help define long-term company strategic goals while building customer relationships. You will develop and lead the strategic marketing strategy, while networking, attending industry events, advertising and cold calling as well as integrating new ventures.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years' experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development of commercial P&C insurance products with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role on the carrier side
• Experience with corporate marketing and distribution channel evaluation, and implementation
• Bachelors Degree required. 
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and analytics
• Successful track record for  driving new business from brokers in multiple product lines
• Professional Insurance designations are considered a plus
• Ability to travel
