About the Role
Support the agency’s president’s book of business as Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Middle market focused, legacy accounts with diversity across multiple industries (industrial and professional services), they need an experienced property and casualty insurance professional to take the lead on client service issues.
Duties & Responsibilities
For new and renewal clients:
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with your accounts
- Expand relationships with various insurance carriers
- Market services to accounts
- Perform account administration
- Handle renewals
- Address and resolve any problems/concerns that arise
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years as an agency Commercial Insurance Account Manager; preference given to candidates with at least 5-7 years in client management.
- State insurance license.
- Advanced Microsoft Word & Excel skills.
