The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for updating policy forms, applications, program packets, and existing forms.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update the organization’s existing products, including policy forms, standard endorsements, program packets, applications, and other form templates.
• Liaise between underwriting, IT, and the executive team to ensure product forms and communication templates are within contract guidelines.
• Maintain and update document databases.
• Provide support to the VP and Senior Product Development Specialists, as needed.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Paralegal certification or JD is preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in the insurance industry, such as insurance product development, claims, or insurance defense.
