New Business Sales Personal Lines

Sihle Insurance Group is looking for a New Business Sales rep in our Altamonte Springs office to drive profitable premium growth by selecting, engaging and managing lead sources to successfully sell and support Sihle Insurance Personal Lines products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing relationships that foster long-term partnerships to maintain and drive profitability
• Direct marketing plans, strategies and tactics to achieve agency goals, such as increasing profitability

Qualifications: 

• Florida 2-20 property and casualty license
• 3 or more years’ experience with personal lines insurance
• Be hard-working, dependable, and self-motivated with a great attitude
• Have a professional phone and in-person presence
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
