Description

Responsible to manage franchise offices located within a specific geographical region to include implementation of training programs, periodic auditing, technical support, and monthly analysis of regional performance. In addition to Franchisee management and development AVP of Sales & Operations is responsible for increasing revenue by mining data, generating new sales leads, developing relationships and ensuring the success of PDA franchisees by performing duties personally or through Franchisees.


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication and presentation that conform to prescribed style and format.



Requirements

• Manages relationship with franchisees to include providing assistance and support on policies, workflow, administrative and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of the business.

• Conducts periodic training and operational support for franchise locations within the region.

• Conducts needs assessments and periodic audits for franchise locations within the region.

• Investigates client complaints and recommends resolution to Vice President of Operations including formal E&O claims.

• Works in conjunction with Marketing Managers regarding client procedure agreements, complaints, A/R collections and other issues that may arise.

• Provides regular activity reports to Vice President of Operations indicating status of operational performance.

• Recommends policies and procedures to enhance operations.

• Develops relationships with franchisees, internal and external customers and staff, and potential clients to develop revenue through proven sales and marketing techniques.

• Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and monitors and evaluates the activities and products of PDA competitors to ensure that PDA maintains a competitive edge and name recognition in the marketplace.

• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

• Other duties as assigned.

Travel is 50% or more for this position
