Customer Service Agent - P & C Licensed

Parkville Insurance Services Inc. is looking for a personal lines Customer Service Agent.

• MUST BE available Monday thru Friday 9-3 and have the ability to cover full time (8:30 to 5:00 p.m.) for other employees.
• Our agency is in its fourth generation and has a reputation for being knowledgeable and detail oriented with professional customer service.
• Parkville represents carriers including Mercury, Safeco and Nationwide.

Qualifications:

• We are looking for someone who is computer literate and has knowledge of Microsoft office programs working experience with Applied EPIC. Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Property and Casualty license needed.
• Must have the ability to develop a relationship with clients and analyze a client’s needs and recommend solutions.
• Must be able to assist with client inquiries and resolving complaints with regards to amendments, billing, claims and upcoming renewals. Must be able to multi-task between interruptions of phone calls, emails and clients walking in. Must be punctual.
