Automobile Liability Adjuster

Growing Non-Standard personal automobile MGA in the North Dallas area is looking for an experienced liability (BI/PD) adjuster.  Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:

• Adjusting 1^st and 3^rd party PD and BI claims;
• Conducting detailed coverage and liability investigations; 
• Taking recorded statements as required;
• Negotiating settlements with claimants and/or claimant attorneys; and
• Litigation experience a bonus but not required

Requirements include strong customer service skills, a minimum of 5 years experience handling personal automobile BI and PD claims, as well as a Texas adjuster’s license.  Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred).
