Full time Project Manager job open!

We are searching for an experienced project manager to drive multiple company wide projects including: new product development and other Actuarial and risk transformation projects. These projects will all be part of the Actuarial and Risk areas of the company. This is a very visible role and will report directly to the Chief Actuary. This position will be part of the Actuarial and Risk leadership team.

We are looking for candidates who have experience with:

Leading complex and multidimensional projects

Development of dashboards for tracking and status

Keeping projects on time and in budget

Interface with stakeholders, gather project information, conduct meetings

Provide project planning, risk analysis/mitigation and status updates

Ensures high quality and timeliness within budget guidelines

Strong preference for Life or Annuity Industry experience

Strong preference for Actuarial or Risk department knowledge

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree, prefer Technology or Business field (not required)

4 or more years experience as a Project Manager

Prefer 2 or more years in Life Insurance or Annuity Industry

Industry or Professional Licenses & Certifications (PMP preferred)

Microsoft office suite and Excel

PMP certification preferred. Must complete within 24 months after hire.

LOMA FLMI is a plus, LOMA 1 and 2 completed within first 12 months.
