Job Summary
As the 2VP of Infrastructure Services & Asset Management within Infrastructure and Cloud Services (ICS), you will lead an organization responsible for program demand and project management, hardware and software asset and budget alignment, project reporting, metrics, and dashboards, and audit demand management. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the adherence and measurement of ICS' engineering, security, and cloud controls. The successful candidate will collaborate across ICS leadership to help develop and create operating and strategic plans, monthly operating reports, project dashboards, and metrics. The leader of Infrastructure Services & Asset Management will drive and foster standard reporting and project/program management across ICS as well as working across line of business CIO organizations to ensure best practice intake, communication of plans/priorities, and demand management. In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with Technology & Operations Financial and Planning teams to ensure alignment and the timely updates of deliverables.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely delivery, status, and communication of tactical and strategic projects and programs
  • Drive high-quality execution of team deliverables while promoting engineering standards and best practices
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with technology development teams, architecture, and cybersecurity organizations
  • Design best practices for reporting, project/program updates and status communication
  • Leadership qualities include fostering teamwork and trust, exhibiting respectful and transparent communication, demonstrating collaboration both with their peers and across Tech & Ops, supporting and lead change, and fostering diversity and inclusiveness


Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required. 5 years of technology or business related experience required.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
  • Experience managing engineering, project, and/or development teams
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years experience in a management role
  • Agile training and/or certification

Knowledge of Agile methodology and ability to apply them to projects of moderate complexity. In the Agile environment the 2VP level typically performs as the Value Stream Engineer. Financial Awareness: Accounts for all fiscal budgeting and expense control for area of responsibility. Demonstrates sound cost-effectiveness. Failure to achieve objectives will have a significant negative impact on the department and business area. Is responsible for information of importance and disclosure could harm the overall financial position of the company. Human Resource Management: Provides career growth for all direct and indirect reports by supporting technical and professional development/training, mentoring, promotional opportunities, adequate support services, and challenging work assignments. Supports and facilitates people's efforts in a productive environment. Maintains a balance between people and organization. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of all performance evaluations and development planning. Demonstrates a capacity to recognize, value and respect differences across a diverse workforce.
