The Marketing, Direct& Digital Analytics org is looking for an Analytics Analyst to join the Continuous Improvement & Strategic Analysis Team for the Direct Response Center (DRC), Liberty Mutual’ s Sales Call Center. The DRC drives almost $3B in annual revenue for Liberty Mutual’ s Global Retail Markets and is a key to the successful growth and profitability of our organization. The desired candidate will be well-rounded, with a balance of technical skills combined with the ability to methodically tackle complex business problems and influence key decisions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage telephony and sales data to analyze health of the organization, identifying opportunities to drive profitable growth and improve sales funnel

• Develop analyses and recommendations related to call volume and Persistency Performance to DRC leadership.
• Lead Analysis on Outbound Sales Team within DRC
• Ability to apply advanced analytical concepts to improve business outcomes with moderate guidance
• Gain support from key stakeholders and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Aid in the development of DRC Sales Plan through the FP&A Process Objectively measure the impacts of various initiatives with the DRC through data and analytics
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as Data Strategy, Finance, Product and Marketing Analytics.
• Improve tools and processes for evaluating the DRC operations.
• Proficient in SAS, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience

• Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate in a cross-functional environment

• Knowledge in diverse technologies and demonstrated experience using various technological resources to combine data for analysis.

• Ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting or competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment

• Demonstrated results in identifying and implementing process improvements

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies.
