We explore how trends will shape the future and develop new products to protect our customers in a rapidly changing world.

The Product Portfolio Product Owner will work across our Product Portfolio to drive great collaboration and communication across Solaria, administer the common backlog across the portfolio, set quality standards for delivery, and ensure efficient and effective product launches. This role will operate at the intersection of business, customer-driven design, and technology.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and Prioritize. Responsible for a holistic view, coordination, and management of technical and UX/design work across the Product Portfolio, including efforts such as Certaintly Renters & Experimentation, Certainly Auto, and other efforts. Drives the vision and planning of the Certainly multi-product experience. Identifies cross-product tradeoffs and prioritizes with leadership feedback.
  
  
• Execute and Launch. Ensures efficient and effective product launches and builds. Sets quality standards for delivery and leads problem resolution across the portfolio. Identifies common elements and components across the portfolio (build once, not twice). Balances capacity between lab and external resources
  
  
• Partner and Collaborate. Manages key-cross lab and cross-functional relationships including Rapid Prototyping, UX/design, and IT. Communicates with stakeholders to gain alignment around the portfolio strategy
  
  
• Communicate and Socialize. Articulates and evangelizes the vision and progress of the Product Portfolio to the Product Leadership and GRM Executive Leadership Teams on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business, engineering, technology and/or entrepreneurship / intrapreneurship. Master`s degree preferred

• Strong leadership skills. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and rallying team behind a common vision
• Demonstrated experience throughout the business/product lifecycle, and ownership of the product's success
• Strong problem solver with ability to break down undefined and complex problems into testable components
• Strong experimental and creative mindset to drive innovation amidst uncertainty
• Ability to make difficult and quick decisions daily
• Great communication skills. Able to depict complex ideas and issues to varied audiences; educate senior leaders on business vision and plan and the impact of change
• Experience leading technical teams and knoweldge of Agile development methodologies
