Job Details
Provide administrative support to multiple renewal/service underwriters, including monitoring email correspondence, and completing administrative tasks to expedite the underwriting process.
ResponsibilitiesDuties include but are not limited to:
- Organize, maintain, and coordinate company electronic files and records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers
- Tracks expenses on a monthly basis, citing variances with budget
- Perform data entry
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- 3+ years in an administrative or project coordination role
- High level of professional conduct
- Ability to interact with and assist executive management
- Ability to work in a confidential nature
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills, including Excel proficiency
- General analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
