Responsible for providing efficient policy administrative support and excellent insurance customer service to our policyholders and potential customers.    Familiarity with state specific guidelines and procedures..  Ability to enter data with a high level of accuracy.  Promptly investigate and respond to all customer inquiries.   Based on individual training,  ability to make sound rating decisions.

Promptly accept an average of 30-40 daily inbound calls from policyholders and potential customers; process customer requests in accordance with established policies and procedures; enter detailed electronic notes of customer interactions in the database; follow through on internal investigation of pending issues and provide rapid response and disposition to customer; provide product education to market other Trust products; Other responsibilities may be assigned based on company need and skill level.

Must possess current Maryland Property and Casualty license and 1-2 years of experience in an insurance environment with customer interaction.
