Job Description
Enterprise Business Conduct, part of Law and Regulation, leads the organizational design, implementation, and enforcement of the Ethics and Compliance program (the “Program”) for the enterprise. The purpose of the Program is to promote an organizational culture that encourages a strong commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations and ethical conduct. This includes exercising due diligence to prevent and detect criminal conduct and breaches of the Global Code of Business Conduct.
The Ethics Sr Consultant II performs functional configuration and advanced user support for technology platforms and systems, such as Salesforce (CMP) by collaborating with other members of the agile development team, including various technology partners, as well as the product owner and scrum master. The position is also responsible for conceptualizing cutting edge analytical approaches, executing complex analytics and developing forward-thinking solutions as related to the Enterprise Case Management Platform (CMP) and reporting by identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. Collaborate with vendor, HR, ATSV, business areas and subsidiary teams to provide advice on the effective use CMP and data to drive insights.
Job Responsibilities
- Build framework, implement CMP across Allstate Family of Companies (AFC), and ensure hotline is integrated to CMP
- Accountable for managing Salesforce platform and system configuration that is highly complex, large in size/scope and has multiple upstream/downstream impacts
- Proactively stays current with system roadmap, strategic direction and changes to understand full functionality and behavior of software to troubleshoot problems, provide full support to end users and drive business value through enhancements
- Engages and consults with other members of the agile development and Workforce Digital Solutions teams on technology projects, new enhancements and features
- Participates as project team member for Salesforce implementations and new enhancements, often as a project work stream lead; contributes by managing issues, risks, timelines, explaining design implications and partnering with technology partners to meet all requirements
- Partners with AFC’s on development and maintenance of training guides & educational materials for CMP

Governance and Ethics Dashboard
- Reporting and measurement of operational results, trends, risks, direction, issues and key developments
- Create and build dashboards and reports for each AFC
- Collaborate on Strategy and effectively evaluate risk and create appropriate measurements
- Build reports to tell the story and measurement of program element effectiveness
- Other responsibilities as assigned; the scope of work spans across the AFC
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of system configuration, development, and analytics experience. Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, understand business processes, challenges, and explain technical data to business people
- Experience in system configuration, development, data extraction, analysis and reporting required
- Working knowledge of relational databases required
- Experience with BI tool such as Business Objects and Tableau
- Experience in dashboard design and development preferred
- Microsoft Office experience required (expert in Excel and good working knowledge in PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Math, or Finance
- HR, financial, or compliance industry experience preferred
