Supervise Client Service Specialists (CSS) and Assistant CSS daily activities; evaluate employee’s performance on a semi-annual basis; assign accounts to individuals based on current account load and expertise; available to assist/answer questions by members of the department; provide AMS training; provide training with regard to Insurance Procedures and questions; liaison with carriers regarding website/product knowledge training for the department; assist with developing policies and procedures; produce expiration reports 120 days in advance for CSS, Account Managers and Producers; monitor expirations to assure all renewals are processed; act as a Client Service Specialist on a specifically assigned book of business; assist with intake of claims.
