Responsibilities include:

Responsible for monitoring, identifying, and coordinating with the business units the development and update of ACE's various compliance programs. Ensures that ACE understands and follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Coordinates with business units and participates in the development of personnel with respect to applicable laws, rules, and regulations as it relates to compliance. Responsible for reporting and monitoring of business unit compliance with regulations. The goal of the position is to establish industry best practices and to serve as valued regulatory support to our business units.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree required. Relevant equivalent work experience preferred. Typically, 7-8 years' experience in business, insurance, risk management and/or audit areas. Management experience (although not part of the responsibilities now, there is the potential for employee management in the future). Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels across the organization. Clearly express ideas, recommendations, etc., orally and in writing. Interacts effectively at different levels and with different audiences, both internal and external to the company. Understands, synthesizes and conveys complex data. Listens to and understands issues and problems. Solid research and analytical skills. Ability to analyze and interpret legal documentation. Knowledge of business products, laws and services.
