Accident and Health Product Management Director

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of their Accident & Health division, they seek a talented Product Development/Management professional whose expertise is within A&H products. The Product Director is responsible for the development and execution of product strategy; identify and drive initiatives to attain target sales growth and margin, oversee new product development, distribution strategy, vendor relationships, and operations related to product design, medical management, cost reduction and claims payment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven success at a senior management level in Product/Marketing/Pricing Management with an A&H insurance carrier.
• Ability to drive for results, deal with ambiguity, solve problems, drive decisions, see trends/patterns within data sets, and identify root causes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Expertise with DOI and legal regulations as pertains to A&H insurance products and services.
• Experience developing health plan stop loss products with Managing General Underwriters.
• Understanding of claims management and cost containment practices.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

• $130k to $140k + bonus(30-35%)
