We are currently searching for a Senior Loss Control Representative who is interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Candidate needs to understand principles of loss prevention for all lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto, Property and Liability. They will be responsible for in-house consultation, on-site surveys, and ongoing servicing of our larger risks throughout our geographic footprint. The Senior Loss Control Representative will work closely with all disciplines to evaluate risk selection and drive strategies. Candidate will be a valuable resource for internal and external customers providing training and analysis as required.

Candidate will also perform the following:

• Assist with team referrals requiring technical safety knowledge
• Provide safety committee training for workers’ comp policyholders in PA (and other states, when requested)
• Assist policyholders interested in installing safety-related devices
• Participate in team telephonic meetings for LBU accounts including telephonic claims reviews

Preferred candidate will have at least 10 years of experience directly with insurance industry background. Candidate needs to be comfortable with understanding risk for properties of significant size.

This position involves travel. Candidate’s territory would be PA and NJ with travel to other states throughout the country as needed.
