Job Details
We have multiple openings for Commercial Liability Claims Specialists to work in our client's office in the Irvine, CA area.
Prior experience with complex commercial claims (environmental losses, waste disposal, oil/gas clean up) is strongly preferred. Ability to determine coverage and write all correspondence (declination of coverage, reservation of rights, etc.) is required.
This is a direct hire staff position and offers the flexibility to work from home.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience handling commercial general liability claims (specifically environmental losses)
- Ability to determine coverage, write correspondence (declination of coverage, reservation of rights, etc.)
- Excellent client & litigation management skills
- Ability to direct counsel
- College Degree
