Job Description
Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) Workforce Technology is seeking a Systems Analyst to facilitate and drive technology changes & solutions while aligning to corporate policy and best practices. The Systems Analyst will work closely with multiple Learning Teams, Technology Teams, and vendor partners to support various Human Resource (HR) technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors (Learning, and Goals/Performance), Training Orchestra, and TalentGuard, and many others.
The Systems Analyst will need to be knowledgeable with enterprise level Information Technologies (IT), security and system integrations. The individual should be comfortable with the various components of application architecture and integrations to provide guidance and direction for HR technology initiatives. Will be expected to lead and drive solutions from beginning to end for the HR suite of SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with an agile team to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
- Provide technical support for HR, including troubleshooting issues, responding to client inquiries, and systems maintenance.
- Initiate and coordinate multiple work efforts across multiple teams to drive secured solutions and manage efforts such as Software as a Service (SaaS) integrations, Single Sign-on (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and data migrations
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on technology integrations, able to communicate effectively with product teams, technology areas and leadership
- Assist with defining, implementing and monitoring adherence to policies, processes, and standards
- Researches latest industry leading practices to incorporate them into process improvement methodologies
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT delivery
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Learning Management Systems, and eLearning development tools and technologies is a plus
- Experience in configuration and integration with cloud-based vended applications (SAML/SSO, APIs e.g. RESTful, packaged third-party application integrations)
- Fundamental understanding of database technologies (Oracle, SQL)
- Fundamental understanding of authentication/authorization protocols (e.g. OAuth, basic authentication, etc.)
- Fundamental understanding of ETL technologies (Ab Initio, Boomi, Tibco)
- Experience with data migrations
