Description

The Corporate Store Manager is responsible for coordinating and directing the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This may include: responsibility for overall front office activities, managing a high volume email account, creating new assignments, transferring assignments, assigning workload to a field staff, answering incoming phone calls, reviewing incoming work for accuracy, and invoicing appropriately. Other duties include communication with field appraisers, elevating performance opportunities, following company guidelines and processes, and escalating issues to the appropriate management staff. Other administrative functions apply in a team oriented job function.

Responsibilities Include

Management of a large volume email account

  1. Ongoing Customer service

Maintains timekeeping system

  1. Allocation of available resources to enable successful task performance
  2. Co-ordination office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
  3. Provide on-site orientation of new staff members
  4. Design/Maintain filing systems
  5. Establish/monitor procedures for record keeping
  6. Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
