Job Summary
The Field Deployment Specialist will lead creative sourcing strategies to drive the successful deployment of new agency appointments. This individual will be responsible for territory or region-wide candidate sourcing, candidate vetting, presenting the Allstate agency owner opportunity, cash flow / business planning conversations, candidate closing, and supporting sales leaders with recruiting and closing education and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing for and developing a deep pipeline of potential candidates; prescreening and interviewing candidates; building and maintaining a diverse network of key organizations, centers of influence, and associations for potential sourcing; attending recruiting and networking events; and traveling to prospect and develop a candidate pipeline.
- Presenting the Allstate agency owner opportunity and compensation plan, and closing the candidate.
- Conducting cash flow / business planning discussions prior to final review with the sales leader and senior sales leader.
- Consulting with and building a relationship with the regional deployment leader to determining agency deployment requirements and building an effective recruiting strategy; effectively communicating and coordinating with the regional Exclusive Agent Recruiting Team and sales leadership; facilitating a smooth transfer of the candidate to the sales leader
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of sales and/or sales management experience recommended
- 3 years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience recommended
- Knowledge of candidate prospecting techniques
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Property & Casualty license a plus
- Life & Health license a plus
- FINRA 6, 63, & 26 licenses a plus
