Job Family Summary
License and appoint producers to sell Allstate Insurance products through on-boarding, maintenance and exiting of agents in all channels. Provide effective service to our sales force while complying with all applicable federal, state and company guidelines.
Job Description
This role will provide complex and technical support and training for licensing/registration, appointing, contracting, terminating and servicing agents according to the regulations of 50 states, foreign jurisdictions and multiple company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with multiple business partners to obtain applicable information needed for class records and reports.
• Organize, prepare, and facilitate completion of licensing forms for new hire classes.
• Review documents needed for candidate test registration and licensing.
• Work with vendors and business units to schedule dates for property and casualty exam.
• Maintain and manage exam results and schedule subsequent attempts when needed.
• Review applications and background checks to identify where additional documentation is needed as required by the states’ department of insurance.
• Apply for resident and nonresident licenses and appointments for 34-50 states per new hire and ensure aligned with state and compliance guidelines.
• Accurately process transactions for the Operations business units.
• Manage/maintain existing records through license renewal applications and continuing education requirements.
• Analyze, review and process documents to renew licenses and appointments according to specifications.
• Assimilate, gather, and summarize detailed information for a response/decision.
• Terminate licenses and appointments for CCC representatives when needed.
• Report, analyze, and make suggestions to processes and procedures to improve operations efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Intermediate to advanced communication skills are required to initiate oral and written responses to inquiries regarding processes.
• Complete reports to add and remove skills for licensed activities
• Performs highly complex processes that requires clear understanding and interpretation of state specific-guidelines, and/or standard operating procedures.
• Independent decision making on moderate to complex scenarios, selecting appropriate alternatives from available options.
Job Qualifications
High school diploma required with some college preferred
2 – 3 years of experience in licensing preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Perform multiple task in a confidential, fast paced environment with attention to detail
Ability to use advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Displays advanced interpersonal and time management skills.
Critical Thinking
Excellent customer service skills
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
