Description

RYZE is currently seeking a Dispatcher to work in our Noblesville, IN office. This individual should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task and superb time management skills. The position is Monday – Friday with mandatory overtime hours as needed.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Dispatching claims to adjusters nationwide
• Communicate with clients on claim issues and address high priority situations
• Communicate with adjusters on a daily basis regarding their claims, territories, and travel.
• Running reports for the management staff
• Requesting client approvals
• Working knowledge of adjuster PTO
• Backup for scheduling travel
• Manage daily tasks for 200+ employees and contractors

• Administrative experience
• Available to work overtime as needed
• Available for on call hours in the evenings and weekends
• Insurance background preferred
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cooperatively with other company employees as well as independently
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail Oriented
• Great organization skills

Payroll is done on a bi-weekly basis and direct deposit is available.
