Call Center Sales Director

This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a hundred million dollar sales call center operation and grow it exponentially. As a key leader, you’ll work with peers in Marketing and Product to identify opportunities and turbocharge growth. Leverage talent acquisition and development capabilities to build a world class sales team.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Directs operations of multi-site sales call centers including remote sales reps 
• Aligns key metrics with strategic goals 
• Hires and develops talent 
• Oversees workforce management to meet the needs of the business 
• Ensures compliance with applicable rules and regulations 
• Maintains relationships with internal lines of business and brokered carrier markets to deliver relevant product offerings to customers
• Utilizes enterprise data science and business analytics resources to make fact-based decisions

Skills & Experience

• 5 years sales management experience required, preferably in D2C and/or call center
• Property Casualty experience and producer license preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
• Must have demonstrated interpersonal, training, and sales skills.

Compensation & Perks

$95,000 to $125,000 plus incentive comp based on sales
