The Personal Lines Product Delivery Enhancements team is a fast-paced and dynamic group dedicated to delivering the latest Personal Lines products into the US market. We are responsible for the countrywide implementation of new product features such as coverages, discounts, benefits, programs, and non-calibrated pricing updates. Potential projects span both brands and all lines of business, and many are aligned to key US GRM Imperatives.

This highly collaborative role works with a diverse project team to ensure a smooth and successful implementation. You will be responsible for developing and managing project plans, milestone tracking, creation of state-level materials, and post-launch monitoring analysis. You may also support your team members with additional project work. This role reports to the Manager, Product Research within Product Enhancements.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the countrywide business implementation plan for assigned projects
• Hold regular project team meetings to review updates, track project timelines and deliverable handoffs
• Create state-level business deliverables, including filings, rater updates, product guide and rule manual updates, etc.
• Coordinate with sponsor, product owner, state team, compliance and others to ensure state requirements and deliverables are timely and accurate
• Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to project teams as needed
• With support, query data and use Power BI to tailor post-launch monitoring analysis
• Present updates and results to various audiences, including sponsors, department meetings, state team, etc.
• May mentor others or provide job shadows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, business, or similar field. Minimum 1-2 year relevant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., SAS) helpful but not required.
• Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
