AmTrust has an immediate need for an In House Only Lien Representative with 3+ years’ experience. Must possess exceptional communication and analytical skills and be detail oriented with the ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.

• Handles a caseload of approximately 120 to 150 files

• Reviews cases for legal and medical disputes/issues
• Determines appropriate authority/settlement regarding liens
• Communicates with staff, medical providers, EDD, attorneys
• Negotiates liens/bills
• Follows client specific special account instructions
• Handles incoming mail daily
• Maintains daily diaries

• Possess strong knowledge of lien defense strategies and negotiation
• Research, review and interpret case law, statutes and regulations regarding California Workers’ Compensation
• Understanding and ability to apply the Official Medical Fee Schedule
• Ability to communicate utilizing proper grammar skills with professionalism
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• 3+ years recent workers’ compensation experience
