Currently seeking an experienced Claim Adjuster to provide quality, cost efficient and timely investigation of complex Workers’ Compensation claims. The selected candidate will ensure proper and timely coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation and settlements are completed. Contact with agents, policyholders, claimants, vendors, legal representatives and various departments throughout FCCI is routine. The selected candidate will be required to occasionally perform field-based activities while working in support of our Florida Region. in support of our Florida Region. This position can be remote in the following locations: Tampa/Lakeland/Ocala corridor, or in the Miami-Dade area or in the office at our corporate office in Sarasota, FL.
Education & Qualifications- Four years of relevant, progressively responsible adjusting experience required
- Applicable adjuster license
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze, define and solve complex problems Preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
- Complex catastrophic claims experience preferred
