Personal Lines Insurance Advisor - Contract Assignment

About the Role
The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor is part of a smart, talented, experienced, and dedicated team of professionals helping people build a comprehensive wealth plan. Protecting personal assets from loss is a key part of that wealth plan. The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor will assist with property and casualty insurance reviews.

This is a four(4) to six(6) month assignment.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Insurance Advisor reviews client insurance programs, evaluates risk exposure and prepares written reports. This includes collecting policy, underwriting and other information from insurance brokers, Client Advisors and clients. Analyzing risks exposure and policy information. Authoring insurance reviews which include recommendations for improving insurance programs.

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a personal lines underwriter or brokerage client representative
• 3+ years of experience working with insurers such as AIG Private Client Group, Chubb, and PURE ideal
• Strong technical knowledge and business judgment
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
