Leading A+ rated Property & Casualty insurer is seeking a Senior Field/Marketing Representative for Wisconsin.

Duties & Responsibilities
This person will be responsible for appointing independent agents to represent the company, monitoring agency performance goals, educating agents about our products and services, and seeking new and unique opportunities for growth.

Skills & Experience

• Must possess a strong background in commercial insurance with a particular emphasis on Workers’ Compensation coverage 
• Solid knowledge of the P&C marketplace is required, including competitive intelligence and a good familiarity with the independent agency network serving the state

Compensation & Perks
