General Manager, Motor Operations - Mitcheldean
The Company:

The Role:
Responsible for the performance and development of the Motor and Appliance and Technology Operations Teams in delivering an excellent service.
To direct team managers ensuring thedelivery:
1) Service levelagreements
2) Optimal resourceutilization
3) Quality assurance
- Budgetary responsibility of claims payout as a whole and individualschemes
- Supporting and managing people through the performance managementcycle
- Process improvements through Lean sixSigma
- The embedding of a Treating Customers Fairly culture, delivery of business-wide Root Cause Analysis and ensuring appropriate customer outcomes are also a vital part of thisrole.
Job Requirements:
- An excellent proven record of management strategy, development and projects experience.
- Ability to assess and execute priorities and have an approach to meeting objectives.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work using your own initiative as well as being a strong team player.
- Ability to meet Client Service Level Agreements.
- The ability to assess situations and implement a plan of action.
- Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Self organized with a flexible approach.
- Be flexible in terms of working hours if necessary or taking different duties within the team.
- PC Microsoft literate
