The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking a career-minded individual for our Branch Supervisor opportunity in Bishop.

This position assists the Branch Manager in achieving the sales, revenue, service quality, MRM index and productivity/cost goals of the Branch Office.  This position identifies opportunities and develops action and project plans to drive sales in the Branch Office. In addition, this position serves as a technical resource for the office on matters pertaining to Travel, Travel Agency, and Apollo. The key responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintain skills in the various office systems necessary to resolve local issues.  Provides front line supervision and handles member complaints to attain just and Coach and train employees while establishing goals and monitoring goal results.  Determine staff training and educational needs. 
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff, disciplinary actions, terminations and other changes in employee status.
• Assist in the development of sales approach and action plan to enhance assigned Branch Office sales effectiveness.
• Create and maintain service staff schedule.
• Conduct various audits and procedural examinations as needed.

Successful candidates require the following:

• Four year college degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in Branch Office operations or 2-3 years travel agency experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge required in a variety of the organization's operating areas, products and services offered, as well as Branch Operations delivery channel operations
• Advanced leadership abilities
• Moderate Internet experience
• Moderate experience with various Club systems
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced analytical and time management skills
• Advanced ability to create and deliver presentations
• Must have a valid State drivers license with acceptable driving record and level of financial responsibility required by the Auto Club
• Notary Public certification or current progress toward obtaining certification is expected
• Must be willing to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
