Product Research Analyst/Sr Analyst - Delivery Solutions and Enhancements in Boston and Seattle

Our Global Retail Markets Delivery Solutions & Enhancements team is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst, Product Research to join the team. In this position you will own moderately complex projects and drive forward solutions to improve the speed, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration associated with countrywide product rollouts. With support from more experienced analysts, utilizing basic modeling and statistical techniques, you will also provide data and analytical support for projects and teams. You will work cross functionally, and present proposed, in-progress, and completed solutions to senior leaders in the organization.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an individual contributor to own moderately complex and impactful operational projects

  • Identify, analyze, and coordinate high visibility process improvement initiatives to improve speed-to-market and accuracy of major product launches

  • Analytically evaluate problems and potential solutions, often involving improvement to tools, and work with minimal supervision to implement those solutions

  • Drive forward cross functional projects, often ambiguously defined, and advocate for solutions that enhance speed and accuracy

  • Serves as team member on medium-term and/or moderate complexity projects and may occasionally lead own work stream

  • Provide analysis to help support business decisions

  • Serve as an ambassador of the larger team to ensure that we are working effectively with peers across the organization

  • Drive innovative solutions, collaboration, and best practices in the organization

  • Contributes to the improvement and development of instructions and training materials

  • Identify industry trends to confirm that the team is aware of best-in-class rollout tools and processes



The ideal person will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative or field

  • Minimum 2 years, typically 3 years or more of relevant experience

  • Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, SAS, Emblem)

  • Aptitude for technical software such as Radar, SAS, etc.
