Join our Enterprise Architect team on an exciting new role. In this exciting new role, you will serve as the Integration CoE subject matter expert and be a change agent with a special focus on process automation using the Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) and assist with reference implementations in the Enterprise Integration and Application domains.

As a member of Integration CoE you will be participating in strategic projects building state of art end-to-end automation solutions and new applications as well as non-standard functionalities based on BPM technologies including robotic process automation (RPA). You will be also participating in development of best practices, standards and various prototypes. In addition, this key member of our team will share their knowledge of and the emerging EIP technologies, as they participate in development of best practices, standards and various prototypes.

Our must have’s:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in analysis of solution requirements, Design thinking including optimization potential from various perspectives such as standardization, reuse, and speed to market, etc.
• In addition minimum 4 years of experience in building complex end-to-end automation solutions based on BPM technologies like Software AG webMethods BPMS, PEGA, and IBM Lombardi etc.
• Solid team player with great interpersonal and technical skills able to work in concert with architecture and Application Development teams to implement, deploy and test integration and BPMS solutions.
• Experience with webMethods Integration Server
• Experience in Integration and API Management area
• Experience with webMethods Universal Messaging
• Experience with webMethods Adapters such as JDBC Adapter and Cloudstreams
• Experience with webMethods BPMS and Task Engine
• Experience with Software AG AgileApps is a plus
• Experience with webMethods Optimize and MashZone
• Experience in UI development using CAF/OpenCAF or similar and frameworks such as AngularJS
• Experience with rules engines such as webMethods Business Rules, IBM ILOG, FICO Blaze etc…
• Experience with web service protocols (REST and SOAP) and data standards like XML, JSON etc…
• Participate in training and onboarding our Application Development team to learn and effectively use EIP technology based on Software AG product stack.
• Work closely with the architecture team and participate in developing integration and BPMS best practices and standards.
• Independently write, debug and test code from specifications using Java, Software AG, webMethods tools, and other tools as appropriate
