Claims Support Associate

As a Claims Support Associate, you will be responsible for obtaining information about automobile/property damage accidents from customers and claimants through telephone and written reports. You will arrange appraisals, review the appraisal and communicate results of the findings to customers, policyholders and claimants. You will secure the facts about the accident, assess liability, negotiate settlements and communicate decisions to our policyholders and claimants.

Qualifications:

  • To be successful as a member of our exceptional Claims team, candidates should have good oral and telephone communication skills as well as excellent typing skills.
  • High school diploma plus 1 to 3 years related customer service experience or applicable insurance knowledge.
  • Licensing required for some states.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment is essential.
