Job Description
This role serves as a member of the CI (Continuous Improvement) engagement team and is an experienced individual contributor. The role will be tasked with coaching any assigned leaders, helping to develop CI talent, delivering on end to end workstreams with minimal oversight, and being a collaborative team member that contributes to the overall success of the engagement.
Thought Leadership
- With support of CI leadership and with peers identifies gaps in execution of strategy and helps to problem solve to improve
- Identifies gaps in maturity and provides feedback that supports strategy for assigned leaders
- Contributes to problem identification, prioritization, and solving to advance business outcomes and CI maturity
Process Leadership
- Contributes to the deployment and maturation of the CI management framework within assigned business units with support from their leader
- Executes the delivery of the management system support from their leader, helps to evaluate effectiveness, and helps develop recommendations to improve CI maturity
- Contributes to the advancement of root cause problem solving techniques throughout the business
People Leadership
- Develops relationships within the CoE, leveraging those to build out skills, abilities and business knowledge
- Builds, cultivates, and maintains business relationships within current engagement
- Continues to develop skills that foster relationship building to advance problem-solving within assigned area
Job Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred, working toward attainment required
- Experience successfully partnering on organizational change effort or large complex projects is preferred
- Internal Consulting experience (Develops collaborative consulting relationship that helps achieve business outcomes, client commitments and long-term sustainability)
- Problem solver: Can structure, analyze, synthesize and present findings, identify root causes, and develop recommendations
- Ability to be productive, flexible and adaptable while working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
- Verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to interact effectively and professionally with a wide variety of internal clients
- Broad or specific understanding of Allstate businesses, processes and services
