As an Administrative Assistant on the Workers' Compensation Audit & Compliance Team, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks including research and problems solving to ensure compliance in claims operations. Each day offers new challenges as you tackle a wide range of tasks.

About your job:

  • Review payment information and financial systems for accuracy
  • Open, sort, prioritize and distribute mail
  • Respond to general inquiries concerning area activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Interface with internal and external customers
  • Research and resolve errors within multiple systems
  • May create, maintain, and update various information databases
  • Collect and verify data, prepare and update recurring and routine reports
  • Refer problems to management for resolution
  • Establishes and maintains record keeping in Excel; classify, sort and file correspondence, records, and other documents

Qualifications:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Customer service, organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook (MS Office applications)
