Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading the development of market insights through applied research methods, informing Business Insurance strategy and supporting data driven decision-making. Accountabilities include the research of assigned high-impact business topics, analysis, synthesis and presentation of findings to leadership. This individual will also be responsible for turning research insights into actionable, business relevant recommendations.


Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with leadership in conducting high-impact research topics that are well-aligned with business priorities
  • Management and execution of quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Development and socialization of timely and actionable insights
  • Creation and presentation of visually engaging insights presentations and reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications
3 years of demonstrated business experience, with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments. General knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree preferred. 4 or more years of demonstrated business experience with working knowledge of business analysis, process improvement and/or business architecture.
