Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics

Job Summary:

As part of the Real Estate Service Strategy & Insights team, inform strategic portfolio location strategies that support the attraction/retention of employees, consistent with LMIGs overall strategic goals. Responsible for proposing, developing and utilizing tools and methodologies to track and measure enterprise real estate information. Inform the business of real estate trends and operational insights based on sophisticated analytical tools and methodologies. Under general direction, conducts moderate to high complexity analysis. Provides technical and analytical assessment of operational issues through synthesis, manipulation and visualization of data from diverse sources. Queries data to conduct ad hoc analyses of real estate and operational metrics; analyzes results to quantify competitive performance. May utilize predictive modeling and more advanced statistical techniques to solve business problems.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conducts moderate to high complexity analysis under general direction, for Enterprise Portfolio Strategy.
2. Will work with team members and stakeholders to develop tools and processes to track and measure key real estate data points, informing strategic initiatives.
3. Identifies operational trends and issues following pre-defined business processes. Provides technical and analytical assessments and recommendations; presents findings to key stakeholders.
4. Queries data to conduct standard as well as ad hoc analyses of metrics.
5. Analyzes results to quantify the competitive performance of the business.
6. May utilize predictive modeling and more advanced statistical techniques to solve business problems.
7. Serves as point person for moderate to high complexity projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required. Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field are preferred fields of study. Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies, and techniques. Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.), Power BI/Tableau, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem). Must have good planning, analytical, decision-making and communication skills. Solid understanding of business to improve business outcomes.
