What you'll do:This position is responsible for overseeing a shift of contract security guards and ensuring completion of administrative requirements in the company's Security Office. This includes monitoring security and life safety systems; enforcing Club policies; implementing emergency plans; developing guard training; managing visitor access; preparing written reports; documenting daily activities; running the badging program; drafting standard operating procedures; responding to security incidents.
Qualifications

What you'll bring: Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Associates Degree or Higher Preferred Typical Experience: Minimum three (3) years security work experience in a professional setting preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Competencies: 

• Experience writing technical procedures and reports. 
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines. 
• Being a creative thinker dedicated to quality service. 
• Familiarity with Security policies and procedures. 
• Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism. 
• Ability to establish detailed, step by step, procedures. 
• Understand management priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment. 
• Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight. Implement technology to improve security and communications. 
• Special: Strong multi-tasking skills. Detail-oriented focus.
