Operations Manager- Jacksonville, FL (some relocation help approved)

A growing leader in Builder Risk/Construction Programs with a fantastic culture and reputation is seeking an Operations Manager to be based out of their Jacksonville, FL office. This person will oversee the companys agency relations, billing, and administrative processing teams. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone to take over a well-established, long-tenured team and continue to help them grow and improve the companys bottom line. Qualified candidates will need to have a prior background in P&C insurance (builders risk not required), a strong understanding of call center metrics and improvement programs, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and help to make the culture flow through this large team. Local candidates preferred but we are willing to look at candidates interested in moving to Jacksonville.
