BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

TERRITORY MARKETING MANAGER (ENTRY-LEVEL)

Chicago, IL Area

DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS :

Motivated to learn the industry and willing to take a high level of initiative to understand the business.

Well-developed multitasking and organizational abilities.

Professional and polished demeanor.

Strong desire to work in a front-line, sales-oriented position.

High sense of urgency; goal oriented.

Comfortable working in a dynamic organization where change is common.

It is important that the Territory Marketing Manager learns Custard Insurance Adjuster’s Inc., sales process and how to deliver a compelling message to clients.

The ability to learn how to handle objections will be critical.

Ultimately, the Territory Marketing Manager should be able to conduct a sales meeting and close new business.

With demonstration of this skill, the Territory Marketing Manager will be ready to assume additional responsibilities in either a sales or account management career track.

SUPERVISON:

Direct report to National Business Development Manager. Guidance and instruction will also be provided by Business Development Manager within assigned territory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
College degree or equivalent preferred. Inside and outside environment, must be able drive automobile and travel by plane as necessary. Overnight travel required. Must be able to obtain state adjuster’s license. Exceptional communication skills to effectively handle marketing and business development duties. Must demonstrate positive attitude and work well in a team environment. Re-location in future should be consideration. Must be able to effectively work from remote/home location.
