Senior Benefits Consultant - New York
Our client, a top national broker, is actively seeking a Senior Benefits Account Manager to coordinate all client service activities for a group of primarily large, self-funded cases.
Responsibilities include strategic planning for clients’ benefit plans, financial analyses and reporting, developing creative work solutions, interacting with vendors, carriers and internal staff, managing the renewal process, conducting enrollment meetings and developing employee communications.
This is a client-facing position so must have strong communications and presentation skills. 3-5 years of experience in group benefits preferably large groups, strong financial, computer and organizational skills. Some air travel is involved throughout the year.
