Employee Benefits - Financial Underwriter - New York
One of the top international brokers is actively seeking a Employee Benefits Financial Underwriter for their New York or New Jersey office. This role will coordinate and manage the financial activities for a group of large, primarily self-funded clients.
Responsibilities include financial analyses and group reporting, developing creative work solutions for each client, interacting with vendors, carriers and internal staff, participating in the renewal process and face-to-face presentations to clients.
Must have a minimum of 3 years in group benefits, from a brokerage/consulting firm or carrier, good underwriting or actuarial skills, strong financial, computer and communications skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
