Job Details
Extremely fast growing broker that is looking for a dynamic leader to head up their personal lines team. Will manage team of underwriters in this office as well as other offices.
Part of your job is to grow your book as well as help your team grow their book. Act as a resource for all team members. Most of the business is Coastal, Wind and flood related business. No real HNW to speak of.
Will review carrier contract assist with searching for new markets? Review production numbers with markets, Must have at least 5 years exp in the Personal Lines space.
Prefers a person that has a wholesale background as well as have some type of leadership in the past. Excellent compensation package and benefits and the ability to control your own destiny.
