1. Seasoned, long-term Commercial Lines Account Manager
2. Strong interpersonal skills to handle Medium & Large commercial accounts on the phone and in writing
3. Independent and can run with issues quickly, professionally
4. Take charge –Knows when Producer must become involved and persistent in making sure the Producer handles his/her issues timely
5. Strong Insurance knowledge of the full range of Property & Casualty Lines of Business
6. Strong Proposal preparation skills
7. Strong Application preparation skills
8. Proficient with Agency Management system, Carrier Websites, Excel, Word, and not bashful about using automation that comes her/his way
9. Excellent under pressure and with handling last-minute demands and time tables
